Acceptable Use Policy

Documents and applications

• Forged documents — do not upload falsified, altered, edited or fraudulently obtained evidence.
• Fraudulent applications — do not prepare an application intended to mislead an embassy or consulate about your circumstances.
• Impersonation — do not present yourself as another person, or as a representative of VisaOS, a government, an embassy or a consulate.
• Unauthorised third-party information — do not upload another person’s documents or personal information without their permission, or prepare an application in their name without authority.

The service itself

• Malicious uploads — do not upload malware, executable content, or files designed to exploit a parser.
• Bypassing access controls — do not attempt to reach another person’s account, application or documents, or any part of the system you have not been given access to.
• Account sharing or resale — accounts are personal. Do not sell, rent or share access.
• Automated abuse — no bulk automated account creation, request flooding, or scripted use that degrades the service for others.
• Scraping — do not systematically extract content, guidance or requirement data from VisaOS.
• Security attacks — no denial-of-service, injection, brute-forcing or unauthorised testing. Genuine research is welcome through responsible disclosure.

Content and conduct

• Unlawful content — do not upload or transmit content that is illegal under any law that applies to you or to us.
• Misuse of VisaOS Coach™ — do not ask it to help you conceal or misrepresent a material fact, to produce false evidence or wording you know to be untrue, or to circumvent a requirement rather than meet it. Do not attempt to manipulate it into acting outside its purpose.

Why we are strict about this

Visa applications rest on the credibility of the evidence inside them. A single falsified document can affect a person’s immigration record for years, and can damage the credibility of honest applicants using the same route. We are firm here because the consequences fall on people, not on software.

What happens if you breach this policy

Our response is proportionate to what happened:

• Minor or accidental — we will tell you and ask you to put it right.
• Serious or repeated — we may suspend your account, refuse an export, or close the account.
• Fraud or falsified evidence — immediate closure, and refusal of any refund under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Where the law requires it — we may report the matter to the relevant authority.

We will explain our reasoning wherever we lawfully can, and you may ask us to reconsider. Report misuse to help@visa-os.com.
