Delete an applicationRemove one application and everything filed inside it, keeping your account and any others.
- What is deleted
- The application, its answers, its narratives, its readiness record and every document you filed into it.
- What may legally remain
- Payment and tax records relating to an export you already paid for, kept for 7 years after the financial year. Consent evidence and terms-acceptance records.
- Backups
- Residual encrypted copies expire within 90 days.
- Access afterwards
- Your account stays open. Other applications are untouched.
- Reversible
- No. Once deletion completes it cannot be undone — export anything you need first.
Delete this applicationA person on the privacy team handles this. Write to privacy@visa-os.com and we will confirm your identity before acting.
Remove documents you have filedYou do this yourself, inside VisaOS. Open the application, go to the document you filed, and remove it — your answers and your narratives stay as they are.
- Where
- Inside the application, against the document itself. No request, and no waiting on us.
- What is removed
- The document image or PDF you filed — a passport page, a photograph, a statement.
- What remains
- Your answers, your approved narratives, and the record of which requirements were met.
- Effect on readiness
- Sections evidenced by that file will reopen as incomplete, and you will need to file a replacement before Export.
- Reversible
- No. The file itself cannot be recovered, so keep your own copy.
